About me
Lisa has been with EFNEP at NC State University since 2010, starting as a regional supervisor and earning a promotion to EFNEP Coordinator in 2021. In her current role, she provides leadership to ensure the program operates effectively, adhering to federal and university policies and procedures. Lisa communicates the program's impacts to University and Extension administration and various stakeholders. She leverages relationships with partners to tailor EFNEP programming to meet the needs of limited-resource youth and families in North Carolina. Lisa works tirelessly to increase EFNEP's visibility while addressing challenges and opportunities to support its success in the state. Before her role at NC State University, Lisa served as EFNEP Coordinator at Northern Marianas College in the Northern Mariana Islands from 1998 to 2005, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to nutrition education, the hallmark of her career.
