About me
Sarah Hess, MS, RDN, CDN, is the EFNEP Regional Coordinator at Cornell University in New York State. At the national level, Sarah served as the co-chair for the EFNEP Food Resource Management and Resiliency committee. At the state level, Sarah provides leadership and support to EFNEP staff, facilitates eCornell Navigating for Success training, supports curricula development, and social media efforts. Sarah is passionate about promoting behavior change to support a healthy lifestyle in low socioeconomic populations.
