About me
Susan Roos-Rickels is a regional supervisor for the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach EFNEP and SNAP-Ed programming. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education from Iowa State University. Her career at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach began in 2019 as an EFNEP nutrition educator and in 2020 she began serving as a regional supervisor for the NE region of Iowa. Susan has extensive experience teaching high school youth and adults, in traditional and non-traditional educational settings within both the private and public sectors.
