2025 National EFNEP Coordinators' Conference

I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education and M.Ed. in Learning Design and Technology from Winthrop University. I spent 4 years in the classroom working as a 2nd grade teacher and Primary Montessori teacher. Being a teacher provided valuable experience in curriculum development, effective communication, and adapting instructional strategies to diverse learning needs, all of which are essential skills for an instructional designer.

I have been with Clemson EFNEP since September 2021. As the Instructional Designer & Technology Coordinator, I create engaging and effective training materials tailored to meet organizational and learner needs. I design onboarding programs to help new hires acclimate smoothly, develop online makeup lessons to ensure flexible learning opportunities for adult participants and lead quarterly team check-ins to assess progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, I manage our Clemson EFNEP Facebook page to enhance community engagement and share program updates and events, ensuring consistent contact and accessible community and partnership support.
