About me
Mindy Meuli is the director of the Cent$ible Nutrition Program with the University of Wyoming Extension. She has been with the program since May of 2006 and became the director in July 2014. The Cent$ible Nutrition Program encompasses both the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed). Mindy serves as the Family and Consumer Sciences Program Leader for the University of Wyoming Extension and is a member of the Program Development Team, representing the Western Region. Prior to joining the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, she worked as a dietitian at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY.
Mindy has an undergraduate degree in zoology and a master’s degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Wyoming. She is a registered and licensed dietitian, and a certified diabetes care and education specialist.
