About me
Yaniqua Eyabi, with over 10 years of Extension experience, currently serves as an EFNEP Program Assistant Coordinator at South Carolina State University 1890 Research and Extension. In this role, she provides coordination and leadership for EFNEP Program Assistants, driving innovative nutrition education programs through community partnerships and data-driven decision-making. Ms. Eyabi collaborates with various agencies to enhance outreach efforts and ensure program excellence. Working closely with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Ms. Eyabi empowers personnel and fosters collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes. By leveraging technology and continuous learning, she leads with dedication, striving to make a difference in communities one step at a time. Additionally, she collaborates with Family and Consumer Science staff to promote nutrition education and food safety practices, aiming to enhance program effectiveness and raise awareness of crucial nutrition issues.
